His Story

Roots from St Kitts but born and raised in Birmingham. Rahiem Brown, most know him as RmB grew up in Handsworth, Birmingham. Involved in a lot of violence and bad influence, RmB left school at 15 to work and fund for himself. Growing up in the rough areas of Birmingham, RmB also got into trouble with the law. Serving 2 years in prison for assault and robbery, RmB decided to starting rapping more. Joining label Bad Format with his cousin e2, RmB started to freestyle and write lyrics. The music video for "Fountain of Truth" featuring on his album "Made In St Kitts" is a message reaching out to upcoming artists being inspired by an artist such as RmB and going through times in which the upcoing artist feels betrayed and angered. The song is a message abut gang culture and how the "system" has allowed people affiliated in gangs to be torn apart and worst, killed. Furthermore, it talks about how far you travel away from the "system" it will always reach to you because you have been born and rasied into the culture you lived in. His debut album is very powerful, sending different messages about different topics and events that have either occurred in his life or generally a problem in the culture he is apart of.
